Linky Love, by j

Alrighty- as we are diligently planning the parents’ 30th anniversary party we take a break for some link love.

– Feel like you never do anything right? Read about the mistakes made by others.

– Who is loving this election? If you’re having a hard time remembering why Stephen Harper is such bad news, check out this new site full of frightening tidbits about the current Prime Minister. That kitty is so creepy.

– Anybody have a love affair with women who kick ass on roller skates? Did you know that London has their own roller derby team? Can someone please take me? (extra points for the “Jem” inspired poster)

– Did anyone see this J Crew ad?

Someone call CAS.

Well, some folks took one look at this mama painting her son’s toenails and freaked out.  Check out Jon Stewart’s take on it here.

– And finally, I generally don’t like ads as a rule but this one made me laugh.  With all the craziness that is about to happen with the royal wedding (don’t worry, post to follow about that shit) this made me chuckle.

About weywardsisters

The Three Weyward Sisters first appeared in Shakespeare’s “Macbeth”. It turns out we have more in common with these “weird” sisters than we thought. In the Shakespeare play the sisters represent darkness, chaos and conflict. We’ll leave it up to you to decide which of us represents each. They also usually show up to mark impending doom. Well, we certainly hope that our presence on this little corner of the Interwebs doesn’t mean impending doom for anyone. However, we find our commonalities with the witches in other ways. To be weyward means to be willful, disobedient and to turn away from what is “right or proper”. Those who know us would whole heartedly agree – we are three weyward sisters. We are three headstrong, stubborn (some more than others), obstinate and willful sisters. Read at your own risk.
